Tara Lucier

Tara was born in Asheville, NC, grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Boca Raton in 2011 to escape the brutal winters. She has a background in business as well as fitness and nutrition. She competed in her first fitness competition in 2010 with a 3 rd place win. She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015 then traveled to Costa Rica in 2018 for 3 weeks to receive her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.

She has worked as a Talent Acquisition / HR Manager in the hi-tech space since 1990, but her passion is helping others and having a positive impact on the world around her. This passion is why she is looking forward to a new chapter in the world of philanthropy and humanitarianism. She believes giving, kindness, love and compassion are everything and is excited to launch her dream, her own non-profit foundation, in 2021.

Tara loves to travel, yoga, painting, reading and sunrise walks on the beach with her dog, Bella.
Tara believes that when we live a life of purpose, we are in alignment with our true self, and that allows us to tap into a higher power and turn dreams into a reality.
