Executive Director, Yellow Ribbon Fund

Gina Harrow is the Executive Director of Yellow Ribbon Fund (YRF), a role that she has filled with distinction. She blends her professional leadership with personal experiences that resonate with those she serves. Over the past eight years, she has taken the YRF to new heights, widening the scope of its support services for services members and their families.

Previously, she made her mark as the Deputy Executive Director and the Keystone Program Director, leading the creation of a comprehensive suite of transitional services. Her initiatives have included health and wellness education, family retreats, and peer support, reaching caregivers in multiple regional locations. Her work is grounded in genuine understanding, as her leadership style has been shaped by her own experiences with the challenges faced by so many others in the veteran community.

In 2023, she was honored as one of the Nation’s Finest 50, a testament to her advocacy and dedication to veterans.

Gina’s journey with YRF is more than a career; it’s a dedication born from her personal story of resilience – reflecting her strength, and offering hope and support to others moving through their own paths of recovery.
