Doug Paton

Doug is COO of Flagship Solutions Group which provides IBM solutions, managed services and cloud solutions worldwide. The company started when three Boy Scout Leaders, one of which was Doug, decided to start their own company. Today that company has grown and their customers now include Spirit Airlines, The Miami Dolphins, The Atlanta Falcons and many International Banks and Conglomerates. Flagship Solutions Group has presence in data centers located around the world. Doug is devoted to everything he does and has a clear passion for change in our Community. Doug has served on the Spirit of Giving board as President, he was the CEO of Florence Fuller, and has been on the Boca Bowl Executive Committee since its inception two years ago. Doug was also part of the Boys Scouts of America, serving in Leadership positions for over 6 years. Doug has a special place in his heart for the George Snow Fund and the Boca’s Ballroom Battle, it is where he fell in love with his wife, Linda. They have been happily married for almost three years and Doug hasn’t stop dancing his way into her heart. Doug’s motto is “One way to get the most out of life is to look upon it as an adventure”.
