John Tolbert is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of the country’s premier resort destinations and private club facilities. 

A modernized Mediterranean resort village sprawled amongst 356 breathtaking acres, Boca Raton Resort & Club and Boca Beach Club offers guests two world-class resorts in one unique experience. The properties include an award-winning spa, championship golf and tennis facilities, an expansive private beach and luxurious 32-slip marina complement 1,047 deluxe guestrooms and fifteen food and beverage outlets.

A hospitality leader with extensive management and operational capabilities, John previously held the position of president of sales and marketing for Blackstone, during which he launched the LXR brand of luxury hotels. Earlier in his career, he led the team of sales and marketing executives in the opening of one of the most significant resort developments in the Caribbean, the El Conquistador Resort and Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.
