Roxanna Trinka

Roxanna Trinka is the President/CEO of Baseline Engineering & Land Surveying, Inc., a company she founded in March of 1993.  The company has grown from a staff of 5 in 1993 to over 40 today.

Roxanna has maintained a diverse scope of work for the firm, in residential, commercial and governmental construction projects as well as providing land surveys for real estate closings, so that no matter what the state of the economy, her employees will have work. Roxanna is a past Board of Director & Trustee member since 1999 of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.  Baseline financially supports many chamber events throughout the year. She served 4 years on the City of Boca Zoning Board of Adjustment and ran for City Council in 2000. She is Chairman of the Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority since 2003. Seeing the need for an accredited Baccalaureate program in Land Surveying in South Florida, Roxanna worked with Florida Atlantic University’s College of Engineering Sciences to add Geomatics Engineering to the curriculum. Roxanna also serves on the Executive Advisory Council for FAU’s College of Engineering Sciences since 2004 and Baseline is a major financial contributor. The Economic Council appointed her to serve as Member of the Palm Beach County Criminal Justice Commission in 2004.
